EPIC COURSE (Essential Pediatric Intensive Care) :
With an intention of providing basic intensive care training and expertise to practicing Pediatricians, to provide much-needed timely and appropriate care to sick children in the periphery, in smaller hospital set-ups and nursing homes.The module covers common and important pediatric critical care problems and important skills, including basicventilation.
Pending easy availability of intensive care facilities across the country, especially in the periphery, EPICCOURSE is a step forward in realizing the availability of basic intensive care to needy children.
Pediatricians withfocused training in managing sick children will be able to save many seriously ill children in their respectivegeographic area/s and will save many precious lives & improve the health of our children.
