Thoughts behind the PEDICON 2024 logo

The logo of PEDICON 2024 incorporates various facets of the upcoming conference including the cultural spirit, the theme and the key focus areas of child healthcare. The different colours of the logo denotes significant characteristics of childhood. The colours red, indigo, pink, orange, violet, blue, and green represents love, positivity, playful minds, cheerful energy, ambition , intelligence and growth respectively. The design also includes elements such as ‘Children Seeking Stars’ which stands for good life events and faith, ‘Vallam Kali’, a traditional boat race in Kerala and ‘Kathakali’ the state's classical dance performance.
